Please note:

  • To complete your return, proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Product name
  • Reason for return
  • Photo or video evidence (if applicable)

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item).
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the original shipping fee (if any) will be deducted from your refund total.
