1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
If we experience a high volume of orders or any supply delay, shipping may take a little longer. In such cases, we will notify you by email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–5 business days
- International Shipping: 10–20 business days
Please note that delivery delays may occur due to customs, weather, or courier issues.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Tracking information usually becomes active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Alecomania is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
Alecomania is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team at contacts@alecomania.com to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged items before filing a claim.
6. Incorrect Address
Please make sure you provide the correct shipping address at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipment costs.
